Return Window
Items must be postmarked for return within 14 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility and Condition
To be eligible for return, your jewelry must be:
In the same condition that you received
In its original packaging, including the gift box and any certificates of authenticity.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom or personalized pieces. Any item that has been engraved or custom-made.
Sale items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased at a discount of 20% or more.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
Defective/Incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
